How It's Made

At Pugly Pack, nothing sits in a warehouse waiting around. Every single item is made to order — printed, pressed, or stitched only after you hit "buy." That means your gear is created just for you (and your pack), not pulled off a shelf. Here's how a little idea becomes the thing you'll be wearing at the party.

1. You design it

This is the fun part — and it's all you. Pick your piece, choose your size for every member of the pack (adults, kids, babies… even the dog), and if it's a custom item, add your face, your logo, your name, or your inside joke. What you submit is exactly what we bring to life, so this is your moment to be as festive, as tropical, or as gloriously ugly as you want.

2. We make it

Once your order comes in, it heads into production. Depending on the piece, we use the method that makes it look its best:

All-over print for the loud stuff — ugly Christmas sweaters and Hawaiian shirts where the pattern covers every inch, edge to edge. The color is soaked right into the fabric, so it stays bright and never cracks or peels.
Direct-to-garment printing for custom faces, photos, and detailed designs — crisp, full-color, and soft to the touch.
Embroidery for logos and team gear — real stitched thread for that premium, built-to-last finish. Perfect for company and group orders.

Every method is chosen so your design looks sharp and holds up wash after wash.

3. We check it

Before anything ships, it gets a look-over to make sure the print is clean, the colors are right, and it's ready to make someone smile. If it's not good enough for our own pack, it's not good enough for yours.

4. It ships to you

We pack it up and send it on its way, with tracking so you can follow it home. Then all that's left is to round up your people and wear it together.
