Every Pugly Pack item is made to order just for you — printed, pressed, or stitched only after you place your order. That means a little extra love (and a little extra time) goes into every piece. Here's exactly what to expect.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipping for tracking to update. If you made an account at checkout, you can also track your order there.
Make sure your address is correct
Because items are made to order, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before production begins.
Peak season & holidays
Our busiest time is the holiday season (November–December). During peak periods, production and delivery may take a little longer than usual. To get custom and holiday items in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering early — keep an eye on our holiday cut-off dates announced on the site and by email.
A note on timing
The windows above are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary by location and by factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs). We'll always do our best to get your pack to you as fast as we can.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping (Canada, UK, Australia and more) may be available at checkout where offered — international delivery times are longer, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
