All items are made to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — please check the Size Guide before ordering.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we've got you covered: we'll remake and reship it free — no need to send the original back. A refund is offered where a replacement isn't suitable.
Custom items are made from exactly what you submit, so they're only covered if defective (not for typos or low-res photos you sent). Just email a photo within 30 days of delivery.
